As your coach mentor I will provide you with a keen ear and share with you my own insights regarding coach and athlete performance. Having someone who 'gets it' to talk to can make life easier for you. You can seek advice on how to handle particular athletes, get clarity around a particular training program or innovation you want to introduce. You can also talk in complete confidence about any personal issues you may have.
